4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium features, specialized content categories, and ad-free access require an active subscription.
• App Store Processing: All financial transactions, billing, and in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple's secure App Store framework. We do not collect, view, or store your credit card or payment information.
• Billing Account: Payments will be charged directly to your Apple ID/App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the designated price unless auto-renew is turned off or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current billing period.
• Management & Cancellation: You retain full control over your subscription. You may modify, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time via your iOS Account Settings. • Refund Policy: The App complies entirely with App Store billing protocols. All refund requests or cancellations must be initiated through Apple, as the App does not possess authority to grant refunds outside of official App Store policies.
The App grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access a digital coloring experience solely for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You explicitly agree not to:
• Deploy the App for any fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, or redistribute the App, its underlying code, or its artistic assets.
• Circumvent, disrupt, or compromise the App's normal operation, server infrastructure, or security integrations.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All artwork, vector lines, custom gradients, UI layouts, designs, and interactive elements featured within the App are the exclusive intellectual property of the App developer and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Content may be utilized solely within the active environment of the App for personal relaxation.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, modification, or public exhibition of the artwork is strictly prohibited without explicit prior written authorization.
Anonymized technical data and aggregated usage statistics are retained only for the duration necessary to satisfy the functional objectives outlined in this Agreement, including performance diagnostics, internal analytics, and compliance with statutory legal obligations.
The App is designed as a mature, self-care space for individuals seeking visual calm and emotional expression. We do not knowingly target or collect personal information from individuals below the minimum age thresholds established by the App Store age rating in your jurisdiction. If we identify that any personal details of a minor have been inadvertently collected without verified parental consent, immediate administrative actions will be taken to permanently purge such data.
The App is delivered to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, completely error-free execution, or that specific aesthetic elements will always remain accessible. The user assumes all operational risks associated with digital usage.
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable consumer protection laws, the App developers, affiliates, and content creators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or hardware malfunctions arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the application.
11. Modifications to This Agreement
We reserve the right to revise or update this Agreement periodically to align with evolving product features or shifting App Store regulatory requirements. Any revisions become legally binding immediately upon being published within the App or updated on our official support channels. Your continued engagement with the App following an update constitutes definitive acceptance of the newly revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the user's country or region of residence, without regard to conflicting legal principles.
• Amicable Negotiation: Any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement should first be formally addressed through good-faith communication with our support team to reach an amicable resolution.
• Arbitration & Courts: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration or evaluated by courts holding competent jurisdiction within the user's local region, as permitted under statutory consumer laws. Mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by local statutes that cannot be waived remain fully protected.
